Naris B.V. strives to ensure your privacy as well as possible and will treat your data confidentially. When processing personal data, we take into account the applicable laws and regulations in the area of privacy. In this privacy and cookie statement we explain which information we can collect, use and store about you and which rights you have.

Personal data
Depending on the functionalities that you use on our website, we may process the following personal data from you:

Purposes of data processing
We process the above data for one or more of the following purposes:

Each newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe. We use Mailchimp for sending newsletters. • to improve products and services. General visitor data is kept on the website. In this context, in particular the IP address of your computer, the time of retrieval and the data that the browser of a visitor sends, recorded and used for statistical analyzes of visiting and clicking behavior on the website.

Security and storage period
We maintain a level of security in the processing of your personal data which, given the state of the art and the costs of execution, is appropriate to prevent unauthorized access to, adaptation, disclosure, loss or any other form of unlawful processing of personal data. We do not store your personal data for longer than necessary for the purposes mentioned above.

Inspection, correction and right of opposition
